Using a team of more than 150 ecommerce experts in seven countries worldwide, we optimise and localise data, integrate to new ecommerce platforms, connect stock management and order managements systems to marketplaces, launch and manage online stores, drive ecommerce sales, handle international logistics and returns, and provide multi-lingual customer service in more than a dozen languages.
Our in-house Finance team deals with business and performance metrics, cash flows controlling, invoicing, month-end closings, reporting and local compliance.
We develop tailored store designs and targeted promotions, for increased brand awareness.
Our proactive account managers drive sales and boost global online growth for large brands and retailers, having market insights into local shopping preferences and habits.
Our category managers create development strategies for product categories, they analyse data or insights to determine marketplace and consumer trends and work with suppliers to make sure we have the right range and variety.
We offer localised, multilingual customer support in 10 languages to deliver an excellent customer experience.
We deliver increased product visibility and conversion rates through manual product creation, optimisation, catalogue matching and localisations, as well as translation.
On-boarding new clients to our services, as well as expanding existing clients to new marketplaces involves integration with stock and order managemnet systems, in-depth marketplace knowledge and project management skills.
